Nest aware works for nest cam but not google cams

Ok so, I have several Nest iq cams outside of my home and I paid for the nest aware so I can keep an eye on things. Recently I purchased a Google battery cam for my office and I had it set up with a new home address but for some reason is asking me to sign up for nest aware. My question is, do I have to have another nest aware subscription in order to make this work. I figured that it would work specially since my home hub max works with my current nest aware. I tried to look into the nest app and the location shows up but the camera does not and but i figured that its not a nest cam but a Google. But on my google home app it shows all my cameras

A Nest Aware subscription applies to only one Google Nest "home/structure". So if you installed your new battery camera in your office with a separate Google Nest "home/structure" with a different home address, you would need a separate Nest Aware subscription.

If all of your cameras--1st and 2nd gen--are installed in the same Google Nest "home/structure", then one Nest Aware subscription would cover all of your cameras and doorbells. We have several older Google Nest cameras and doorbells that were installed in the Google Nest app, as well as a battery camera and a 2nd gen indoor camera that were installed in the Google Home app. Since they are all in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network, they are all covered by our one Nest Aware Plus subscription, though we have to go to separate apps to view their history.

That's what I kinda figured. I was originally going to set it on my current home with a different room name but I figured it was going to ask to use my existing devices to connect and the wifi info in my home

@Falcy89, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. How's it going with your Nest Camera? Do you have the 1st gen Nest Aware or the 2nd? The good thing about the 2nd Gen Nest Aware is it will be applied to your Home structure, so all of the devices under that home will be covered by your subscription. Unlike the 1st gen that can only be applied to each Nest device. Hit this link for more information and let us know how it goes.
