recently have been having a consistent issue viewing video from my Nest Doorbell (wired) in the iOS app (5.70.0 on iPhone 14 Pro). i am able to navigate to a specific clip or scrub to a specific point in time, but the video just doesn't play. i can sometimes hear the audio but the video is frozen. it's been happening for the last couple of weeks pretty regularly.
hard resets of the app haven't changed anything. restarting the phone hasn't done anything.
it's awful when the product doesn't deliver the cloud functionality that costs extra to obtain.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. It sounds confusing when you can hear the audio but can't play the video. Try reinstalling your app and restarting your Nest Doorbell. Let us know how it goes.
