Nest is showing paired with another user even after factory reset.

I had my wifi changed even after doing a factory reset multiple it still keeps on showing the same error no matter what I do I even deleted the device from my home app. and even tried to reinstall my app.

What Nest device are you having trouble with? Before doing the factory reset, did you remove the device from the Google Nest app or Google Home app?

Sometimes, it seems customers get the error you're reporting because the factory reset was not successful.
