I am shocked to see that big name Google is providing trash services here, every second person is having issues with subscriptions same as I do. I paid yesterday for a year subscription but not able to see past events saved. Did I waisted $60? Or would you able to fix the issue

Video history for a Nest Aware subscription starts with the time at which the subscription is purchased.
The only way Google Nest could provide video history retroactively is if they were already saving our video history without our permission.
If you paid $60, you probably have a Nest Aware subscription, which provides event video history for detected events, and not a Nest Aware Plus subscription, which provides 24/7 video history.
