I have been having trouble being able to see the video history for my nest Hello doorbell and camera. I click on the history but it won’t play like it used too. Any ideas?

Did you have a 30-day free trial Nest Aware subscription that has since expired? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription now? See the following help topics on Nest Aware:

No I don't have a nest aware subscription and ir didnt say that I have 30 day trail when I installed Nest Hello wireed door bell. For some reason it stopped showing me the videos in history. But when I go to nest aware option it is not showing anything to enroll or subscribe.

The most likely reason you could see video history previously is because of a 30-day free trial subscription to Nest Aware.
According to the video on the Nest Aware help page below, you can subscribe to Nest Aware:
* From the Google Nest app by going to Settings | Nest Aware and selecting "Subscribe to Nest Aware".
* From the Google Home app by going to Settings | Nest Aware and selecting "Subscribe to Nest Aware".
* From the Google Store (store.google.com) by selecting Subscriptions | Nest Aware.
