I’m getting charged the eight dollars a month but when I try to cancel it through my phone, it says I don’t have a subscription. Cannot get a hold of anybody no phone number and all your robots. Just hang up the phone on me. It’s been at least 18 months and I’m still getting charged You would think Google would have better customer service

Go to store.google.com , click your account (top right) and go to subscriptions, do you see the aware subscription there ? If so you should be able to end it from that screen.
