I had 24/7 video history for the past 4 years and all the sudden my subscription got canceled without notice. When I called to see why my cameras weren't working I was told my subscription ran out. After renewing it the only video history I could get was event history. When I called they told me that I must have had a glitch the past 4 years because they don't offer that service which is total BS very disappointed going to look for another camera with the service I want.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but the only reason I know of for Google Nest to cancel a subscription is if the credit card transaction can't go through. We just received an email today from the Google Store reminding us that our "Nest Aware Plus" subscription (which we've had since 2020) renews in a month.
I can't tell what's happened in your case. If your subscription was a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, note that "As of July 13, 2023, Google will no longer sell new subscriptions of 1st gen Nest Aware. Any 1st gen subscriptions that you currently have will continue to renew." https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9233159
However, Google Nest still offers the 2nd gen "Nest Aware" (30 days of event video history) and "Nest Aware Plus" (10 days of 24/7 video history and 60 days of event video history) that they've offered since 2019.
