I’ve cancelled my Nest subscription a few weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve luckily took snapshots of the cancellation. Please please help!! 🙏

You'll need to contact the Google Store about subscriptions and pro rated refunds when eligible. Here is the link;Cancel your Google Store subscription - Google Store Help Go to the Contact Us tab at the bottom of that page.

Hi @JillG thanks for the advise. I’ve done all this a day after I subscribed in error. Not even 24 hours. I even got an email from Google that it was cancelled but not until April 2025! I was hoping to get a refund seeing I can’t even use the feature on my nest camera. I can’t even talk to a live person!! Which is so frustrating. 😩

Ugh, that does sound annoying! Best advice I can give is to try and contact via support link or you can try explaining to your credit card company. They may be able to help.
