We have tried everything. The Google Home app shows our Sirman Home and there are 2 cameras in that home. They absolutely will no longer connect. We recently reset our router, but it works for all other devices in our home. Wifi is working. Wifi Booster is working. These two cameras no longer connect. I do not see how to delete them and re-add them to our Sirman Home. I also tried adding them to another Home. The spinner circle just spins and will not connect these cameras. We have wasted our money and are about to cancel all our Nest accounts and go to a RING or other cameras. How do we get a PERSON to help us with this issue and another issue we have on another account? If we could consolidate both accounts and have all 4 cameras working, we would stay. But this has been going on too long to stay with NEST. Please tell us how to talk to a PERSON about our camera issues.@mikesirman

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".

5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
