Been subscribed to Nest Aware for two years and noticed today that there are no events recorded, (even though deliveries were made) and 30 day history suddenly disappeared. Was able to scroll through history yesterday. Have made no changes in settings or otherwise. Am paying too much especially if its not doing what it’s supposed to. Who do I reach out to for help?

Did your Nest Aware subscription expire? If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions), is your subscription still active?

I am also missing all my event history! I have nest aware gen 1 and it was renewed this month. I can see live video but no events at all!
