Is your Nest Aware Plus subscription in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras, and on the same Google Account?
If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your subscription, does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras?
In the Google Home app, if you go to your cameras and go to Settings | Video | Video History, is "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history" checked?
In the Google Nest app (if you have 1st gen cameras), if you go to your cameras and go to Settings | Nest Aware, does it show "Active Nest Aware Plus"?
