I paid for nest aware plus yesterday and it is not working please advise. I have it on my home computer and my family has the apps on their phone and theirs is not keeping the recording more than 5 to 6 hours

Is your Nest Aware subscription on the same Google Nest "home/structure" that you have shared with your other family members, and are your cameras installed in that same Google Nest "home/structure"?
If you go to the Subscription Management page and click on your subscription, it displays the name of your Google Nest "home/structure":

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that your family members can't record for longer than five or six hours. Help's here!
Just to follow up, I want to know if you still need assistance. If so, could you please confirm if the subscription is attached to the correct home structure and Google account?
