Paid for nest aware yearly subscription but cameras not recording

I had two emails as owners for the same google home (one was a new email, the other was old).

The old email was the original when I created the home and had a monthly subscription, which I cancelled.

I have since removed the old email from the home, when I did that all my cameras were removed.

After I re-added them with my new email being the only owner, I started the 30 day mest aware subscription.

I tried going into settings for each individual, but the only option I see for video is “no video history” and “3hour event video history” camera

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as the one where your cameras are located? If you go to the Subscription Management page and click on your subscription, it should show you the name of your Google Nest "home/structure".
