I cancelled my subscription last May, as I had moved.
2 weeks ago, I was billed $150 for an annual subscription.
I promptly found a number and called to get a refund.
I spoke with someone who let me know my request would be reviewed and they would email me with the results.
Two days later, I receive and email saying they refuse to refund my money.
Why? I have no idea.
Why would a company like google Nest be so dishonest?

goggle nest is indeed very bad, I was promised a replacement of my google home mini, but it became a refund of US25 store credit after following their step to return my faulty google home mini.....
