You will first need to perform a factory reset on your account (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162). As noted in the Help topic you can do this for 1st gen IQ cameras, for 1st gen doorbells, and for 2nd gen cameras and doorbells by pressing the factory reset button, as explained in the Help text.
However, if you have a 1st gen non-IQ camera, only the original owner can perform a factory reset by removing it from the Google Nest app while connected to the original Wi-Fi network. If that is your camera, then you probably need to wait up to 60 days for the previous Nest Aware video history to expire (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9249728).
Then you will need to install your camera in the Google Nest app (if 1st gen) or in the Google Home app (if 2nd gen), using either the QR code or the 6-character alphanumeric setup code printed on the back of the camera or the base.
