Spotify not working with nest hub 2nd generation

Hi guys,

Recently bought a nest hub 2nd generation and Spotify has been giving me hassle since day one of owning it. Anytime I go to open the application it’ll either play a song for 5 seconds then shut the application completely or just keep randomly pausing the song mid play. Trying to connect it through the “devices” section of my mobile phone or laptop doesn’t work either, loading the “connecting” but never actually connects! I’ve done a clean reinstall of both and restarted both devices which has done nothing. Any other suggestions on how to resolve this before I send it back? Cheers.
