How do I cancel my nest aware subscription

Cancel nest aware subscription

Go to the Subscriptions page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions), click on your Nest Aware subscription, click on the ellipsis icon (the 3 dots), and select "Cancel subscription". My understanding is that this will cancel your subscription at the end of the current period, but will NOT refund the remaining subscription.

If you have a 1st gen subscription, go to https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions. We can't get to this page because we haven't had a 1st gen subscription since 2020.  I believe that when you cancel a 1st gen subscription, you get a prorated refund.

I did go there but it told me that my subscription is handled by a different user. I don’t know what they mean by that. I bought the nest hello doorbell in 2019 and it came with one year of the nest aware subscription. I guess I got a reminder when the year was up and gave them my credit card then. I just don’t know how to cancel now. No customer service phone number anywhere. Very frustrating , thanks for trying to help, Rosemarie

The subscription should be on the email account used to set up the doorbell.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
