I have had Nest cameras for some time one of the cameras was no longer working, help from Nest or Google was non-existent. I switched to Ring cameras almost a year ago. Ring has support Nest/Google seems to avoid giving support, there is no one to speak with. I receive a charge for the renewal of the Nest/Google system which I haven't used for a year but Google makes it impossible to cancel my subscription. Should i check with the FCC?

How you would cancel your subscription would depend on what version of Nest Aware you have. If your cameras were setup using a Google account and monitored via the Google Home app or if you have had migrated your Nest account to Google, you would go here. https://store.google.com/subscriptions
