Subscription to nest aware does not connect to my home

My credit card got renewed, so the subscription to nest aware also got renewed. I went through the app, Nest, and renewed it and put it in my home where the camera is connected to. But nest aware is not associated with the camera. Please help connect the subscription to the camera.

I understand that it was renewed, but it seems that it's not connected to your camera. No worries! Let's work on it.

To verify where this subscription is applied, you may need to verify the email address where you received the charge details.

If you have a 2nd-generation subscription, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Google Store website.
  • Sign in using the same account.
  • Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
  • Tap on "Subscriptions."

Once you're in, you'll be able to see the subscription and the home it's attached to.

 

If your subscription is 1st generation, you may need to contact our support team for further assistance.
