I have paid for a nest aware subscription but it hasn’t been applied. What do I do?

You can check your Nest Aware subscription here; if you click on the subscription, it shows the Google Nest "home/structure" to which it applies.

You can also check in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app by going to Settings | Nest Aware.

If you still need help, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below, to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
