Trouble with aware

I have addedNest aware and haven’t seen anymore history than I already have. It’s on the Nest app, I tried loading camera on Google home app but it won’t accept it

I’d love to help. We’d like to further look into this for you. Which type of Nest Aware plan do you have, 1st Gen or 2nd Gen? Also, what type of Nest Camera do you have?

 

If you are on a 2nd Gen Nest Aware, the subscription will apply to all the Nest cameras within the same home. Make sure to move your Nest camera to the right home to get the feature. You can check this article on how to Manage homes and products in the Nest app for more info.
