Hello. I have 4 cameras in california at my elderly father's place that I use to help remotely manage his care. Yesterday he had a fall and when I went to retrieve the footage, it wasn't there. It turns out that my Nest Aware Plus subscription with 60 day history was only working on a trial because I had just purchased a new camera. I thought that we had paid the annual subscription, but apparently, we had not. I just paid for the subscription again, which will be great going forward - is there any possibility that the footage from yesterday has been saved and that it will magically appear in my account, or was it purged and is gone forever?

I just found the original receipt from August 21, 2024. I had indeed paid for Nest Aware Plus and yet somehow the video history was turned off when I needed it the most. How do I get support from nest for this? They don't seem like they are easy to talk to.

To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
