I'm being charged for a Nest Aware subscription that I don't have anymore. I've opened 6 cases with your customer service team and they don't see any active subscriptions and tell me every time I won't be charged again. I'm credited the $8 but once 24th of the month comes around and I'm charged $8 again. I think this is the old first generation Nest Aware Subscription, and from what I read has issues like this, but I need to get this canceled. Anyone know of a better way to contact Nest or Google or whatever they're called now to get this canceled? I've asked for a supervisor to reach out but only get the standard, "open another case", response.
