I've been trying to cancel Nest Aware subscription since 2024 September since I have moved to new address, but I'm not able to do so.
Now the one year is up and I was just charged $80 for new year worth of subscription.
Help page is worthless and i can't find a way to get a live person (either chat or a phone) on the phone.
This is getting beyond ridiculous at this point....

I have having the same issue. I have been trying for months to cancel my subscription. Google account says I have "no subscriptions" but I keep getting charged every month. The chat and phone help say unavailable or try again later. Please help me cancel my subscription.

At this point google/nest is have no interest in helping with this issue.
Google support used to be awesome but that seems ages ago.
I will never purchase Google product again.
I'll just block Google from charging my card through my credit card company
