Unable to play netflix on google nest mini

Hi. My sony 65x85J has chromecast built in and is chromecast version 1.21 and higher. But when I order it to play. The google nest mini says "Alright playing twilight on netflix. I cant play netflix on android tv yet. Try using your android tv remote instead. ". Please assist. Thank you.

• When did this issue start happening?
• Is your Google Home app up-to-date?
• Is your TV's firmware up-to-date?
• Are they both on the same network band? (Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz)
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
