Unable to subscribe to nest aware for doorbell (wired)

Our initial 30 day subscription just ran out, and we have been trying for over two weeks to subscribe to Nest Aware through our Google account or the Nest app or the Google app, but all it keeps telling me whenever I try to subscribe is that I can’t subscribe through the app well I’m not doing it through the app I’m on chrome and it’s still not working.
