My doorbell video history has disappeared and “No Video Events” has replaced it. I have a subscription. Any idea how to retrieve it or who to contact? I only have live feed.

A few questions — when did this start? Is your Nest Doorbell added in the same home where your Nest Aware subscription is? What do you see when you go to Settings > Nest Aware?

Still getting emails telling me to subscribe to Nest Aware or I will loose my video history. I have subscribed for a year in advance but I keep loosing my Video History and getting emails.

Thanks for the reply. To clear this out, please login to Google Store with the same email you are receiving the subscription messages. Once done, you will be able to confirm if you do have a Nest Aware by clicking your profile on the top right, then subscriptions. If there is no subscription, you might be using a different email for your Nest Aware.
