Nest aware won’t allow me to sign up and it ended my subscription without notice. Video suddenly stopped playing back and I can’t record clips as of July 2022. The system randomly sets itself to stop tracking certain events, or turns on home/away as if intruders would be less of a problem when I’m home?
My nest system is no longer functioning as a security system. I can no longer show video clips or even photos of intruders to police because nothing loads in the app. I’ve tried updating, reloading, turning my device on and off. I’ve tried calling the installer and having the entire system reset. I’m in Canada so I can’t just switch to google home like American users. Nest aware is my only option. I bought these cameras because they’re better quality than ring and now feel I’ve made a serious mistake. Good thing I didn’t buy the door locks. I’d never be able to leave the house!
