How can I review old videos from my nest cámara, I remember I can review videos before, but now I can’t? Can someone please help me or maybe I’m doing something wrong in the settings? Thank you

did you have a one month free trial and now time is up for the free. if so i think it reverts to 3hr history.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue! Do you currently have an active Nest Aware subscription? If not, that would be why you do not have the option any longer.
