WHY DOES IT TAKE HOURS TO VIEW VIDEO HISTORY?!?! For example: I caught someone live stealing from outside of our non-profit organization. I can see on the thumbnail in history that it captured the event, but when I click to view it, it says it’s not ready to view. This happened HOURS ago - when WILL it be ready to view?!?! I can’t file charges until I can provide the proof!
