I was logged in to the wrong Chrome account when I created my Nest subscription. Unfortunately, that account doesn't have access to Nest services because it's a school account with limited functionality and therefore it won't let me manage the account to cancel the service. I have until July 18th to cancel the service before it charges my card for an account that can't even use the service. If I could just change the email address that would be great! Any suggestions are appreciated.

Maybe you could use the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
