I have paid until 05/03/2024, why are they asking me to pay, my camera is blocked from viewing the footage recorded in the past

I'm just another Google Nest customer, and can't tell exactly what your "blockblocked video" issue is.
You can check your subscription here:

You can also check your subscription in the Google Nest app under Settings | Nest Aware and in the Google Home app under Settings | Subscriptions.
You can also try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
