doorbell memory

I paid $80 last week and i still do not have any events held for more than 3 hrs. can u tell me why?

At $80, you probably have a 30-day event video history Nest Aware subscription. Is it for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell? If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your subscription, it will show the name of your Google Nest "home/structure".

If you go to your doorbell in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, is "30-day event video history" selected?
