I'm having lots of trouble with my device and can't cancel my nest account not to mention my Samsung account keeps changing to Chinese language! I'm terrible with my device and would pay someone who is good with phones

Do you try to cancel the Nest account, or just the subscription?
Why do you try to cancel your Nest account?
