want to delete all nest minis and start over. have continual issues on connection

Thanks for visitng the Community.

 

If you're having issues with the connection of your Google Nest Mini, please make sure that it is within good distance from the router. However, if you want to start over setting it up, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. At the top left, tap Add and then Set up device plus and then New device and then set up new devices in your home.
  3. Follow the in-app steps.

If these steps don’t solve the issue, you’ll need to factory reset your speaker or display, then set it up again.

tried reset. wouldn’t reset.

What LED lights are showing to your Google Nest Mini when you attempted to reset it? Did it notify you that the speaker is resetting? Lastly, do you still remember when and where did you purchase your Nest Mini so we can check its warranty?
