original nest cam bandwidth

I currently have a Nest Cam Indoor and am using the 1st Gen Nest Aware. My question: Does the new Gen Nest Aware use more bandwidth than the 1st Gen? My camera is on a fixed data plan and this is a concern for me. My current data usage is about 1 Gb per day.

No it doesn't. Data usage depends on:

• How much activity your camera sees
• When your camera streams live video
• The quality and bandwidth setting that you choose
