subscription canceled 3 months after renewing

I am extremely frustrated since my nest aware was working as normal up until about 2 or 3 weeks ago.  Any time I went to look up a past event it said it had lost internet connection on that day.  I looked up my subscription and it says I renewed back on May 27th in the amount of 85.60.  In checking my past emails you had sent an email saying my subscription had been canceled back in June (not sure why).  However, my subscription has been working just fine up until the beginning of August.  Starting like August 3rd I had no history at all after that.  In trying to get it working again I hit the 30 trial thinking it would recognize my info and just start it up again but instead I do not have any history at all now.  I am extremely frustrated because I have been trying to contact Nest to tell them about this issue and keep going around in circle without any real way to contact anyone.  I did see several people with the same issue that the nest aware just quick working for them for no reason.  I am almost to the point of canceling with Nest and going to one of the other doorbell brands that is easier to contact if there is an issue.  Please help me get my subscription up and working again.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but the only reason I know of for cancellation of a Nest Aware subscription is for non-payment due to, say, an expired or invalid credit card.

Once you've had a 30-day free trial subscription on a camera, you cannot get a second free trial.

I haven't seen any posts about Nest Aware just quitting working for no reason.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
