ADT took over the Nest account and after canceled service we're not able to have Nest back to our google. Called for hours, 30-40 minutes wait each time and they keep transferring and transferring from florida to tennesee to phillipines to dominico republic and dropping calls to billing then account management services in circles or say some other department need to deal with it or say they cannot be done. Finally after hours they said you'll have to remove the devices from google home. Someone said before ADT can relinquish control from billing and video but they refused. Any advice of what phone number to call? It's 30-40 mins wait each then they drop call or keep transferring. Is there a class action against ADT and who can we contact? When asked about the virtual tech option, they even said there is no such thing as senior tech or no tech person can help with this issue. @softwaredevgirl @vigder

Thought this would be a basic function to delete access by third party by a button, how is it hidden and no solution

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just to check: Do you still have access to your Google Nest device in the Google Home app? Is your Google Nest device still working after you cancelled your service with ADT? Are you trying to unlink your ADT account with your Google Nest account?
