update payment

need help, trying to update payment, but when i did it put my c. card inform. in it appear twice.

You could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you need to update your payment, but when you put the C card, it appears twice. I am happy to help you with this! Could you confirm if you tried the next correct steps?

 

  1. Go to the Google Store Subscription management page.
  2. Select Change payment method for the subscription you'd like to update.
  3. Select a payment method and then > Submit.
