I had a false alarm on one of my Protect devices. I had to remove it and take out the batteries to keep it from sounding alarm. Now I keep getting "Smoke - Heads Up" messages on my phone/ipad and online.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still get the message. Really frustrating. How do you get rid of it?
