Hi @Veronica222,

Thank you so much for reaching out to this community! I understand that you have three Nest Protects, but two of them are disconnecting from your Wi-Fi network for no apparent reason. I appreciate your taking the time to try to reconnect them. I know this experience can be frustrating, but please don't worry—I am here to help you!

I would like to ask you a few questions in order to provide you with the most accurate troubleshooting steps:

  • Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
  • How far away are your two Nest Protects from the router?
  • Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, and more) near the Nest Protect?

For the moment, I would like you to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure the app version is up to date.
  • Update Protect's Wi-Fi settings.
  • Check that other devices are connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Restart your router.
  • Reset Nest Protect to factory defaults.

Visit our Help Center to learn more about Troubleshoot when Nest Protect disconnects or is offline.

Please feel free to share any additional details you think might be relevant.

Best regards,
Eduardo
