I changed intertet providers and now all of my nest devices are offline. I need to configure the new wifi on each device but I am unable to connect to the devices from the app. I am following the instructions on the app and it goes and says that it is connecting. In fact, the light on the device lights up indicating that something is happening but it just never completes. I even removed the device and tried to add it but again fails to connect to it. This is extremely frustrating and the app is unhelpful. No indication that there's anything wrong. Does anyone have any clue how to update the Wifi settings?
