Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I’m sorry to hear about the situation. 

To reset your password, Follow the steps to recover your Google Account or Gmail.  If you lose your phone, you can ask your carrier to transfer your phone number to a new phone or SIM card so that you can receive the 2-Step Verification again. 
 

On the other hand, if you wish to delete your email, you may follow this guide.
