Google home mini connection issue

My Google Mini Speaker says "Connected" I do some setup steps on my phone, and I get to the setting up screen, where it says, "There was a problem setting up your Google Mini." I have tried resetting the device multiple times, along with setting it up with different devices, no luck.

What's annoying, the speaker was initially working and setup. I deleted my Google Home because I had to move apartments. But that wasn’t connecting to my Google Home. And one of the suggestions was to delete the Google Home. I created another home and added my smart plugs but can’t add this speaker.

also, I do not hear the noise which Google who makes post connecting

I've gone through the advance Trouble shooting tips below as well:

  • Make sure your Google Home Mini and Chromecast are within 15 feet of your Wi-Fi router.
  • Reboot your router, Nest Mini devices, and phone to refresh the connection.
  • Check router settings. (AP isolation must be disabled and UPnP must be enabled).
  • If you're using an IOS phone, make sure you turn on Local network access for the Google Home app. Here's how: Privacy > Local Network > Google Home app.
  • Use a mobile hotspot to set up your devices (To isolate the issue).
  • Do another factory reset.
