Hi- We were away and when I went to adjust my thermostats are no longer appearing in nest app?

My thermostats no longer appear in my nest app to adjust temperature when we are not  home.  I didn’t change anything- can someone help me understand how I can get it back up and running? Thanks!

Hey Kerry,
 
If your thermostat is no longer showing up in the app for you to adjust, there is a chance it may have disconnected from the Wi-Fi. I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps on how to get that to back inside the app, but most require you to be home, sorry about that. Please let me know if you have any trouble connecting that once you are home.
