Hi
I’m trying to capture all the watts (power) used in my house, and as I have a few mains powered Nest Protects, I was wondering how much power/watts they consume to run ?
I’ve looked in the manuals online, but nothing seemed to talk about power consumption, the only reference was the voltage 230v
Does anyone know the wattage used, so I can work out the cost to run the next protects in my home ?

Hi, unfortunately that’s the reason why I posted on this forum, as the tech specs like those that I could find online, do not mention anything about the watts a wired Protect consumes ?
do you have any other ideas ?

Hey there,
Apologies that I don't have any other information on this except for the 2 watt speaker that the Nest Protect has.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Garrett DS

Hi
i did yes, but I’d appreciate any guidance you can give on how / where I can obtain that information?
with energy prices going up all over the world , being able to understand the watts (cost) to run critical things like my Nest products would be very helpful ?
