Lost ceiling plate for nest protect 2

I lost my mounting plate for nest protect wired version.  Hoping someone can provide me with some information as to where I can get a replacement. Thanks.

I lost mine as well, we are renovating, and somehow it’s been misplaced and at this point I believe destroyed. This is a nest protect 2 … photo attached.  Help -
