Purchased in 2017. After 5 years we started noticing false alarms then recently the issues became worst with multiple false alarms triggering at random times without any signs of smoke within our home. Our 5 months old was waken up from these alarms multiple times. Attempted to have NEST take responsibility but the clearly disregard ownership of the problem. NEST Smoke Alarms are the most expensive yet most DEFECTIVE product on the market however these products are still being sold today affecting consumer quality of life and pockets. NEST representative doesn't want to admit and would repeat the same message when asked to escalate 'No Management Here'. Customer service requested order info however that didn't help. NEST Stamped these products with 10 yrs however this very misleading. Company does not follow regulations guidelines. How does these company continue to sell these products yet the government doesnt help?
