I have a Nest Protect with a failed sensor that is less than 3 years old and am trying to submit a warranty claim for and I continue to get the following notice "refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form." I've tried a number of times and on a different browsers. Is this a common strategy to avoid taking warranty claims or have others found solutions to this issue?
Here's the link I'm using to submit my claim:

Is it more than 2 years old? All carbon monoxide alarms expire because their sensors have a limited lifespan. To comply with certification standards, 2nd gen Nest Protect has to be replaced after 10 years, while 1st gen Nest Protect has to be replaced after 7 years, but that's not linked to the warranty. Nest Protect has a 2-year limited warranty, so if it's been more than 2 years this is not covered by the warranty and you won't be able to file a warranty claim for it I'm afraid. If it's been less than 2 years, let me know and I'll ask a specialist to review with you to workaround the isssue with the warranty form.
