The settings for just one of the devices had a "spoken name" different from its location designation. I reconciled the two. I would delete this message, but I can't seem to find anyway to do so.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We would recommend you to reset it to the factory default and during setup please select the right name for the room.
To reset:
4. After a few seconds your Protect will reset to its factory default settings. You can then go through setup with the app and add it to an account again.
